Terms of Service

Stream247 ("Stream247", "we", "us", "our") is a webinar hosting platform operated by RGTS Software Inc.. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stream247 website, dashboard and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Service. The Service is intended for business and professional use by creators, educators, coaches, academies and companies ("Hosts").

• One email address can hold one Stream247 account (workspace). You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity in your workspace, including activity by team members you invite.
• Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Stream247 lets Hosts create registration pages, run live, pre-recorded (evergreen) and instant webinars, send reminders, show offers and polls, and view analytics. Features and limits (such as attendees, webinars per month and team seats) depend on the plan you choose, as shown on our Pricing page.

Some features, such as email and WhatsApp messages, are sent through accounts that you connect (for example your own email provider or WhatsApp Cloud API account). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and charges.

• Stream247 is a paid service. There is no free trial. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
• Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through our payment partner Razorpay. When you subscribe, you authorise a recurring payment (auto-debit / e-mandate) on your chosen payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• If a renewal payment fails, the payment partner may retry. If payment is not received, paid features may be paused until the subscription is renewed.
• We may change plan prices or features. Price changes apply from your next billing cycle, and we will tell you in advance by email or in the dashboard.

• You are responsible for the content of your webinars, registration pages, offers and messages, and for any products or services you sell through them.
• You must have a lawful basis and, where required, the consent of your registrants and attendees to collect their details and to contact them by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and you must honour unsubscribe requests.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, consumer protection and advertising rules, and the policies of messaging providers such as WhatsApp.
• For your registrants' and attendees' personal data, you act as the Data Fiduciary and Stream247 processes that data on your behalf to provide the Service.

You must not use the Service to:

• host, share or promote content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, violent, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use purchased or scraped contact lists;
• make false or misleading claims to attendees — for example fake scarcity, fake countdowns or invented purchase numbers — including in pre-recorded webinars, simulated chat or offer cards;
• promote fraudulent schemes, unregistered investment advice, guaranteed-return offers, gambling, or any product or service that is illegal in India;
• upload malware, try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to RGTS Software Inc. and its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

You keep all rights to your content (videos, slides, pages, messages and contact lists). You give us permission to host, store, process and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you.

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your contacts at any time from the dashboard. After your account is closed, we keep your data for a limited period and then delete it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live video quality also depends on the internet connection and devices of hosts and attendees. We may carry out planned maintenance, and we may improve, change or remove features from time to time.

• You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or close a workspace if you break these Terms, if payment is overdue, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
• Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, liability and governing law) survive termination.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for the results of your webinars or sales, or for content shared by hosts or attendees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGTS Software Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RGTS Software Inc. against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office, India.

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, you can contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and tell you about important changes by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
