Shipping & Delivery Policy

Stream247 is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) webinar platform operated by RGTS Software Inc.. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply. The Service is delivered online through your web browser at stream247.in.

• Your plan is activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within a few seconds.
• You can see the active plan immediately in Billing in your dashboard, and you will receive a payment receipt from Razorpay by email.
• Renewals are applied automatically on each successful auto-debit, with no action needed from you.

In rare cases, a bank or UPI payment can take longer to confirm. If your plan is not active within 2 hours of a successful payment, email [email protected] with your payment ID and we will activate it or refund the payment.

Team members you invite get access by email invitation. Your attendees receive their joining links by email or WhatsApp through the channels you connect, and join from any browser without installing an app.
